Khafa is the longest-running of Geo’s current Wednesday–Thursday serials. It started on 5 August 2026 and has kept a strict two-a-week rhythm ever since, every Wednesday and Thursday at 8:00 pm, without a missed week in the official uploads.
Mikaal Zulfiqar plays Mohtashim and Hira Mani plays Tazeen. Rukhsana Nigar wrote it, Irfan Aslam directed it, and Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi produced it for 7th Sky Entertainment.
Sacrifice, and the resentment that follows
Tazeen is a schoolteacher who put her own plans aside to bring up her younger brothers and sisters after their father died. Mohtashim was born into money. Khafa, which means upset or displeased, is about what happens when their very different lives meet, and about the bitterness that can grow when years of sacrifice are taken for granted by the people who benefited from them.
